Donatello held a wine-tasting on March 28th to sample the distinctive and highly commended wines from the Il Borro estate in Tuscany – featured exclusively to Sussex on the Donatello menu.

The vineyard, located at the foot of the Pratomagno mountains is run by Salvatore Ferragamo, grandson of the legendary shoe designer Salvatore
Ferragamo. The first vintage of Ferragamo wine was bottled in 1999 with a small production of 6,800 bottles and as the main aim of the vineyard is to produce extraordinary wine, it continues to be released in small quantities.

Pictured with Donatello owner Sue Addis is her nephew and Eurowines' owner Leo Addis.
